Hey, I’m Robert. I’ve always been an athletic person. I have over a decade of Goju Ryu Karate under my belt and I’ve played just as many seasons of water polo. Now, I exercise calisthenics every day, continue my karate training, I commute by bicycle, and I’m always up for swimming in the lake, going on a hike, etc.

I also love to cook and eat food because that’s where my energy comes from and I get to choose what kind of energy in what kind of smack. I’m very aware of my nutritional needs and how to satisfy them. I’m thankful I can meet them easily and with variety. I enjoy talking about food and trying new flavors, and I’ll try anything at least once.

More importantly, I see this privilege of nutrition more as a human right. Quality over quantity, always, and quality can be expensive. But just because a food product is expensive, does not mean it is tasty nor invigorating.

I’ve helped fund High Organic simply because I’m really dumbfounded at the availability of ingredients and waste output we have from common food sources. I’d like to offer another option for those who are pickier in choice, have specific needs, are weary of the industrial complex’s damage of our planet, or want to explore how foods can change the way their life is experienced.

Hi, I’m Robert and welcome to my profile at High Organic. I’m the purchasing director and an organic enthusiast. This is a place for me to share yummy organic and natural foods, thought-provoking ideas and issues, and recommendations for healthy everyday living.

Between it all, I go jogging and cycling to keep fit, healthy and relaxed. Moreover, I love playing football with friends on weekends. I know that when I move my body, I’m more efficient and happy. Movement is a tiny percentage of my day that I dedicate to myself that makes me feel good and provides me with the energy to give to my family and High Organic. I’m a lover of organics, wine, design, travel and eco solutions.

I don’t live on a farm, but I grew up on an organic farm. I know farmers and artisanal producers and I find it enriching to buy directly from those who work within nature.

I have a strong devotion to simple good food that is fresh from the farm and garden, instilling a sense of responsibility about making the world a better place, respecting nature, and doing it all with a good strong dose of passion.
