This is a very thick jam that is often used as a filling in desserts in Austrian, Polish, and Czech cuisine. Powidl can be used to fill sweet dumplings and cakes or spread on top of bread. In addition, Powidl can be added to marinades and stews. To make Powidl, sweet plums that are very ripe are used without sugar nor gelling agents.

Prepared from 250g of fruits per 100g of product. It contains only natural sugars.
