Return & Credit Policy

If you have any questions or discrepancies with your order or any issues with any of the products you have purchased from High Organic, please let us know as soon as possible so we can endeavor to sort it out promptly.

Our friendly team will assist you in returning, exchanging or replacing the products in question as required or simply answer your question.

Please note: 

  • Claims must be made promptly, ideally within 48hrs of delivery and no later than 14 days after delivery.

  • All claims must provide appropriate evidence and information requested in the below form to verify and be approved by the customer service team prior to the goods being returned.

  • The goods must also be returned in clean, saleable condition and within the same packaging.

  • Credits will be made after the product has been received and checked into our location.

  • Please do not dispose of any products in question relating to your claim until the claim has been finalized as it may be required as evidence and/or further investigation.

Credits are unable to be issued on:

  • Discontinued items

  • Any item 14 days after delivery

  • Seasonal Merchandise (Christmas, Eastern, etc.)

  • Sale items and bonus buys (Trade show offers, etc.)

RETURN PROCEDURE

Please fill in the form below with as many details as available. Please include a photo where applicable of any damage, product issue or incorrect items received for verification. Should you have an error adding images to the form please send additional photos to orders@highorganic.eu

If the goods are being returned back to High Organic, please prepare items for collection, by packing items securely into a box.
